The Colonnade and Executive Chef Seam Keeney are excited to present our October 2018 POP UP Dinner "Stoke the Fire" with a menu inspired by the Mexican Holiday: "Day of the Dead".  A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Pennsylvania Anthracite Heritge Museum and their annual "Bon-Fire" event at the Iron Furnaces here in Scranton on Saturday October 20th 2018. Amuse: Chille Rubbed lamb loin with marinated jicama chip Course One: Shrimp Ceviche; shrimp, avacado, red onion, cilantro, blistered tomato, blistered jalapeno, and tortilla Course Two: Fire Roasted Pumpkin Bisque, served in a baby pumpkin Course Three: Tequila Lime Chicken Taco: served on a flame toasted tortilla, pablano aioli, red onion, cilantro, piquillo peppers, queso fresco. Course Four: Smoked bone in Short Rib Mole: topped with charred onion relish, cracklin corn bread and mole paste Course Five: Apricot habenero Tartlett with candied habeneros, tres leche creme anglaise  Bar opens at 6:00PM with dinner service starting at 6:30PM
